RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means the item should be received back to CYE Designs within 14days after you have received the package to request a refund.
Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products , such as special orders ,resized, alterations, personalized items and final sale items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return shipping costs as well as duties and taxes ,if apply, are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation
We accept cancellations within 24 hours only. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at cyedesigns17@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order to do so. We will start preparing shipping your items only after 24hours of your transaction time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
