Refun policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means returns must be received within 14 business days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and in sellable condition.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is received, Which means that we will start preparing shipping process after 24hour after your purchace online.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products , such as special orders ,resized, alterations, personalized items and final sale items.

Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds
